Buying or selling

We read the contract before you sign it and explain the special conditions in plain words.

Between exchange and settlement we order the searches, chase the other side for anything missing and tell you the date your money needs to be ready.

What we handle

  • Buying a home
  • Selling a home
  • Off the plan purchases
  • Strata and title questions

How a matter runs

  1. A first call

Tell us what has happened and what you need. We will say whether we can help and who will look after it.

  2. Costs in writing

Before any work starts you receive an estimate and a short letter setting out the scope.

  3. The work itself

Drafting, searches, letters and negotiation, with a note to you each time something changes.

  4. Wrapping up

We confirm what was done, hand back your originals and tell you anything left to watch for.

Tell us what has happened

Tell us a little about your matter and we will call you back within one working day.
